Director

Dana has over ten years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, analytics, project management and business partnering. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Dana worked for Cardinal Health and IGS Energy. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Ohio. In her free time, Dana likes spending time with her family and friends, cooking and following Cleveland sports.

Director

Tyler has nearly a decade of experience in hospital operations and business development at OhioHealth. He received both his undergraduate and master’s degree from University of Toledo in Ohio. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys farming, running marathons and spending time with his family.

Advisor

Thomas has over five years of experience in project management and public policy. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Thomas worked for a public relations and lobbying firm serving clients in a wide variety of industries. He received both his undergraduate degree and master’s degree from The Ohio State University. In his free time, Thomas likes spending time with his family and friends, playing team handball and cheering on the Buckeyes.

Sr. Consultant

Nataniel has over four years’ experience in financial markets, business operations, project management and building relationships. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Nataniel worked for JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Cincinnati in Ohio. In his free time, Nataniel likes spending time with his family and friends, golfing and following the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Sr. Consultant

Jessica has over seven years of experience in healthcare operations and strategic project management. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Jessica supported outpatient operations at The Ohio State University and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University. In her free time, Jessica enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Executive Assistant

Tammy has nearly 20 years of experience in assisting high-level executives and providing support to company leaders and teams at OhioHealth. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. In her free time, Tammy enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
