Providers Contributing to Your Cancer Care
To provide the most complete cancer care, our medical oncology team works collaboratively with the entire OhioHealth cancer care team. This multidisciplinary cancer team includes expert physicians, nurse practitioners, oncology-certified nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and occupational and physical therapists.
Medical social services, palliative (comfort) care, home care and hospice care, and other personal and practical forms of assistance are here whenever needed.
To help you along the way, a patient navigator will guide you through every aspect of your treatment – from appointment details to specialist referrals. He or she can answer your questions and put you in touch with support services and resources.
